Job Title: Chief Financial Records Manager

Job Description

The Chief Financial Records Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded in accounting software.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Manage invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
  • Ensure all financial records comply with company policies and industry standards.
  • Assist with tax preparation and audits as needed.
  • Monitor and track business expenses to optimize budgeting and cost control.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Financial Records Manager with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Expertise in accounting software is a must.
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other accounting tools.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred but not required).
