Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to work remotely and manage our financial records using QuickBooks Online and Desktop.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online and Desktop
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist with a strong understanding of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices
  • Experience with payroll processing and tax compliance
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
  • Strong communication skills
