Highly Skilled Infrastructure Specialist

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage pipeline build and maintenance to guarantee smooth integration with client tooling and standards.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet availability, performance, security, and maintainability benchmarks.
- Monitor system metrics and health, analyzing reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Support production and in-house systems, participating in on-call support to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Lead incident management, conducting root cause analysis and performing post-incident reviews to drive process enhancements.
- Implement system security and resiliency measures to safeguard against cyber threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes within the program, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a related field.
- Strong domain knowledge in card payments, including ISO 8583 financial transaction messages in a 4-party payment model.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, NoSQL & SQL databases, distributed systems, microservices, Unix tooling, scripting skills, monitoring tools, and proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or similar programming languages.
- Understanding of SLOs and SLAs, experience in SRE/DevOps teams, and strong initiative, communication, and collaboration skills.
