Senior Platform Specialist Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Platform Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability or Platform Engineer and a proven background in Kubernetes, IaC, Monitoring Tools and Docker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate platform infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
  • Own the operational health and performance of both production and pre-production environments.
  • Build, maintain and support ephemeral environments for development, testing, and QA.
  • Collaborate with engineering, development, and product teams to ensure platform services are aligned with development needs.
  • Utilize monitoring tools to monitor platform performance and quickly respond to incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability or Platform Engineer.
  • Proven background in Kubernetes, IaC, Monitoring Tools and Docker.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities to resolve issues across various environments.
  • Able to inspire, mentor, and guide platform engineers and developers in solving complex technical challenges.
  • Effective prioritization of tasks, balancing project delivery, incident response, and long-term platform optimization goals.
