Procurement Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for sourcing and managing vendors, as well as providing procurement and negotiation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and managing vendors to meet project requirements.
  • Conducting cost-benefit analysis and vendor comparisons.
  • Assisting in all pre-sales and procurement processes.
  • Maintaining and updating a database of reliable suppliers and vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in procurement, preferably in construction or related industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.
