Job Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer


We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our transition from manual to automated testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with web application testing frameworks, such as Selenium, Cypress or Playwright, and a strong background in test automation engineering. They will work closely with our cross-functional team to design and implement end-to-end test strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of our automation framework.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify areas for automation and develop test plans.
  • Implement and maintain automated tests across multiple environments.
  • Work closely with our QA engineers to ensure high test coverage.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for junior QA engineers.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of QA experience with a focus on automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Ability to build automated tests from scratch for web applications.
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails backends and React frontends.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Svelte.
  • Familiarity with Jira or other issue-tracking tools.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS.
