Job Title: Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test suites, developing and maintaining test frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automated test suites using Playwright and other relevant tools
  • Maintain and improve existing test frameworks to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Develop and maintain test reports to provide visibility into test suite performance and failures
  • Implement effective test failure alerting systems to promptly notify feature owners and developers of software issues and failures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of testing experience, with at least 3 years of experience with Playwright
  • Proven experience in automation testing and frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright testing framework (Puppeteer can be an alternative)
  • Experience with both UI and REST API testing
  • Familiarity with using AI to enhance testing and software development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking systems
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Golang, or similar
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
