Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality assurance strategy across our web-based platform, ensuring high test coverage.
  • Select and implement automation tools and frameworks.
  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
  • Work closely with developers and QA engineers to ensure effective testing.
  • Automate regression, functional, and integration tests across the stack.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
  • Assist with load and performance testing where applicable.

Required Skills:

  • QA Automation: 6+ years of experience.
  • Selenium/Cypress/Playwright: 5+ years of experience.
  • Testing against Ruby on Rails APIs/backends: 2–3 years of experience.
  • Testing React-based frontends: 2–3 years of experience.
  • Test Case Management Tools: 2+ years of experience.
  • API Testing: 2+ years of experience.
  • CI/CD Integration: 2+ years of experience.
