Job Title: Junior Application Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Application Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our applications by identifying and reporting defects.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional application testing to achieve business objectives and expected results for application implementation.
  • Identify areas of improvement or opportunities for efficient application development and contribute input to senior testers.
  • Ensure delivery of business realization benefits through application features and overall function are aligned to testing procedures and test scripts.
  • Analyze defects and/or test results to accurately identify areas of concern or potential points of failure within software.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities for test automation and continuous integration practices.
  • Perform scheduled and periodic testing as specified from projects implementations and business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software testing or quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools such as Katalon, Microfocus UFT, and Selenium.
