Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality.

This position involves designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. The QA Specialist will be responsible for conducting thorough testing before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs.

We are looking for an individual with a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software functionality and performance.
  • Defect Identification and Management: Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Quality Standards: Ensure that all products and services comply with company quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
  • Certifications: ISTQB Certification or equivalent is a plus.
Desirable Skills:
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  • Automation: Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, and related programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
