Job Title: Real Estate Sales Development and Admin Assistant

A highly motivated and results-driven professional is required to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Development and Admin Assistant.

Job Description:
  • This role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and CRM systems to schedule appointments and qualify leads through effective phone communication.
  • The ideal candidate will follow up with existing contacts and maintain relationships, update and maintain CRM databases with accurate client information, post content on social media platforms, execute follow-up email communications using provided templates, and track and document all client interactions in the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on outbound calls and appointment setting
  • Limited social media posting (1-2 times per week)
  • No inbound call handling required
  • All work performed through client's CRM and systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong English communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Experience in real estate sales/appointment setting
  • Ability to handle objections and qualify leads
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
  • Experience with social media posting and scheduling (content ready)
  • Professional and pleasant personality
  • Ability to work independently and follow processes
