Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to support outbound revenue generation for a scaling B2B company.
You will work directly with the client team, owning complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers and managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers.
The ideal candidate will have consistently hit targets in complex B2B environments and want to join a company serious about scaling their revenue.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and can build strong relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Owning complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers
- Managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers
- Building strong relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders
- Consistently hitting targets in complex B2B environments
- Excellent spoken and written English
- 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
- Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
- Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
