This role will drive sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients to expand our market presence.

  • Review brands starting the sign-up process and their profiles.
  • Welcome new clients, answer questions, handle objections, and clarify value propositions.
  • Understand client needs, manage expectations, and educate on product offerings.
  • Qualify plans for cost-effectiveness.
  • Set best practices and expectations for maximising tracking, content, promotion, and commission.
  • Salesforce Admin: keep records up-to-date and set up communication flows.
  • Provide insights and objections to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • A results-oriented mindset with ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and track progress.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
