Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end automated email nurture sequences tailored to different customer segments.
  • Design, write, and schedule regular email campaigns, including educational content and promotional offers.
  • Optimize email and campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics.
  • Create on-brand digital assets, including graphics, campaign visuals, landing pages, social posts, and print collateral.
  • Ensure consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all digital and print materials.
  • Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to social media community engagement and direct messages.
  • Plan and publish social content aligned with brand strategy and audience needs.
  • Maintain and update websites, including content, layouts, banners, and basic UX enhancements.
  • Coordinate with developers on website improvements and new feature development.
  • Support the implementation and reporting of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage customer retention initiatives, including re-engagement journeys and loyalty communications.
