Central Demand Planner Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires the ability to analyze data, think strategically, and communicate effectively.

We are seeking a highly analytical and self-driven professional who can take full ownership of the monthly demand planning process and elevate its maturity across multiple product lines, regions, and functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Global Demand Planning Cycle: Own and execute the monthly demand process from system handover to consensus sign-off.
  • Improve Forecast Accuracy: Drive measurable improvements in MAPE, Bias, and Forecast Adherence.
  • Bridge Strategy and Execution: Translate commercial assumptions and market intelligence into an aligned, actionable forecast.
  • Advance Tools and Reporting: Develop and maintain robust forecasting reports and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, and SAP IBP.
  • Facilitate Consensus and Governance: Orchestrate monthly consensus meetings and prepare executive-ready materials.
  • Support Constrained Planning: Collaborate with the Supply Planner to identify constraint-driven adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning or S&OP
  • High proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills

This role involves leading the global demand planning cycle, improving forecast accuracy, and bridging strategy and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and accountability.
