Lead Construction Manager - Demanding Role

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and coordination of construction activities across all active and upcoming projects nationwide, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Closely collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate risks.
  • Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, review operations, and ensure alignment with approved plans.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for construction processes and quality assurance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
  • At least ten years of progressive experience in construction operations, with a minimum of five years in a leadership role.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple, simultaneous mid- to large-scale projects.
  • A deep understanding of construction methodologies, cost control, contract management, and safety regulations.
