Job Title: Product Planning Specialist

This exciting role plays a vital part in our business process, working closely with internal and external clients to ensure we deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the integral supply chain to meet demand and supply using the master planning system.
  • Develop Supply Chain Parameters (e.g. Supply Chain Model, Lead times, Safety Stocks) in the planning system according to product life cycle.
About This Position:

In this challenging position, you will be responsible for amongst others:

  • S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) Support: Collaborate with Capacity planners on S&OP process, Review resource loading situation impacting S&OP.
  • Order Management: Be accountable for fulfillment of customer sales orders, customer programs forecast and safety stock replenishment.
  • Exception Management: In case of allocation, follow allocation process and decision, In case of tight supply, co-work with Customer Service and Site for production priority to prevent customer line down.
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Process driven knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Experience in customer handling and in managing, leading, and participating in projects.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, including experience in multicultural communication.
