We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business expansion in Southeast Asia.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify and cultivate new revenue streams through direct sales and strategic partnerships
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential leads and key accounts
- Establish and nurture influential relationships with senior decision-makers in language education and assessment
- Pioneer targeted go-to-market strategies tailored to each country's unique market dynamics
- Foster widespread awareness and adoption of our certifications in both public and private sectors
- Engage actively in regional trade shows, language education events, and industry forums
- Collaborate closely with global product and marketing teams to drive local growth and adaptation
- Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate qualification is advantageous)
- 10+ years' experience in business development, preferably in the language testing, education, EdTech, or certification sectors
- Demonstrated success in consultative B2B sales and partnership development
- Deep understanding of the language learning and assessment landscape in Southeast Asia, including key stakeholders, regulatory environments, and market trends
- Proven ability to work effectively across diverse cultural contexts and multi-country portfolios
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English (C2 level); proficiency in any major Southeast Asian language is beneficial
- Tech-savvy, with familiarity in CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
