Job OverviewThe Online Reputation Strategist plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's online presence across review platforms, social media channels, and forums. Key Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to online reviews on various platforms.
- Track relevant conversations on social media platforms.
- Draft professional responses to both positive and negative reviews.
- Escalate sensitive issues to internal leadership before responding.
- Generate reports on online sentiment and trends.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in online reputation management, social media, digital marketing, or community management.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience using monitoring tools (Sprout Social, Brandwatch, or similar).
- Familiarity with U.S. business culture and professionalism in communication.
