We're seeking a skilled content strategist who will develop high-impact content and shape how complex AI and customer experience concepts are communicated to diverse B2B audiences.

The goal is to help organizations worldwide refine their customer feedback data using AI, enabling them to make better business decisions. Your content will directly support companies in understanding customer needs, prioritizing experiences that matter, and resolving issues in real-time.

You'll be our content expert, transforming complex topics into compelling narratives for various audiences. Great B2B content educates without overwhelming, builds trust through clear writing, and delivers real value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Content Creation (70%): Write important content like thought leadership articles, guides, analyses, and customer stories showcasing real business impact.
  • Transform complex NLP and customer experience concepts into actionable content for executives, brand managers, product managers, and CX professionals.
  • Lead the evolution of our content strategy by creating content aligned with real intent, not just keywords. Build logical connections between concepts that matter to our business and target audiences.
  • Use advanced AI tools while maintaining authentic voice and strategic positioning.

Editorial Excellence & Strategy (30%): Guide freelance writers and contributors to maintain quality standards. Repurpose long-form content across channels, adapting tone and depth for each audience. Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to ensure content supports business goals and customer journeys.

Requirements:
  • Proven content expertise: 3+ years creating B2B SaaS content that executives read and share.
  • A portfolio demonstrating ability to make technical topics accessible without dumbing them down.
  • Experience writing for multiple audiences within the same organization.
  • A track record of creating content competing for real business topics, not just page ranking and traffic.
Preferred Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency with Claude, ChatGPT, and emerging AI writing tools.
  • Proven ability to create original, strategic content using AI while maintaining quality and authenticity.
  • Understanding of how AI changes content creation and SEO.
