Senior Financial Planning Analyst Role

At our organization, we're seeking a skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our finance team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise and drive strategic decision-making.

About the Job:

This Senior Financial Planning Analyst will lead key initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to inform critical business decisions and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth and strategic objectives.
  • Design and implement advanced reporting and analytics tools to provide actionable insights for senior leaders.
  • Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies.
  • Present financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably with a focus on FP&A.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM is highly desirable.
