Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts to aid in strategic planning and budgeting.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between forecast and actual performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance, cost control, and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support data-driven decision making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification may be preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis; strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools such as Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), SAP S/4HANA (Digital Finance Layer), and other data visualization or automation tools.
