Job Title: Financial Analyst Manager

Job Description:

The Financial Analyst Manager will conduct high-level financial analyses, develop and maintain financial models, and provide critical decision-making insights to senior management.

  • Analyze revenue, cost of sales, client margins, and SG&A expenses for historical trends, present operations, and future projections.
  • Develop and update metrics needed for accurate and timely financial modeling, including revenue, sales, and labor by client.
  • Create complex financial models, prepare financial projections, and perform research and analysis on all aspects of finance and operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong Accounting Skills: Proficiency in general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation, and reconciliation.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Expert-level proficiency in creating complex financial models, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance: Or equivalent experience of at least 4 years in a related field.
