Our organization is seeking a skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing financial planning and analysis support to various stakeholders, including department heads and the board of directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning by analyzing financial data from Sage and Planful for variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Develop and implement dashboards and reports to monitor financial performance, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support the annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes using Planful, collaborating with department heads to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Extract and reconcile financial data from Sage and Planful for variance analysis and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic planning.
  • Strong proficiency with FP&A tools for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, including Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
