Lead Financial Planning and Strategy Analyst

A key partner to finance leaders, this role will drive financial performance and champion innovation within the organization.

  • Lead critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas, manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensure alignment with business goals, and summarize complex results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Build financial models, develop 'what-if' scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform key initiatives, support scenario planning and long-term financial modeling efforts to inform strategic decisions, and apply a digital-first approach to automate and streamline recurring FP&A processes.
Beyond the Job Description:
  • This is a fully remote position, supporting U.S. Central Time hours.
  • Act as a thought partner to senior finance and business leaders, proactively challenge business assumptions and identify areas for optimization, take full ownership of key deliverables with minimal supervision, delivering insights that influence strategic decision-making, present analysis and recommendations directly to executive leadership, helping shape critical business strategies, and champion the adoption of advanced tools and process automation to elevate analytics capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling, and experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, strong analytical mindset, ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations, effective communicator, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deliverables independently in a remote environment.
