Business Consultant Opportunity

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a business consultant to join our organization and work as part of a team responsible for the internal implementation of a suite of revenue cycle technology.

Strong candidates have an understanding of software implementations and can support the project team during all phases including planning, design, configuration, user acceptance testing, training, delivery, and monitoring of advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in internal assessment meetings to ascertain existing workflow processes to develop design documentation in Visio that uses best practice recommendations.
  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation.
  • Translate Visio documentation to pseudocode intended for the development and QA teams.
  • Problem solve and analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results.
  • Work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support these recommendations.
  • Support clients utilizing the suite of products after deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs and gather technical documentation of issues working directly with the development and QA teams.
  • Lead ongoing support calls with existing customers post go-live.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
  • Ability to understand complex software applications.
  • Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision.
