Business Intelligence Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a data-savvy business analyst to join our mission-driven organization. Our team implements and supports a cutting-edge data analytics platform built for associations and nonprofits.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze client requirements and align them with baseline configuration options
  • Solution client implementations based on client needs and platform architecture
  • Facilitate client meetings for site configuration and delivery
  • Manage and track progress on client deliverables
  • Review client sites and usage metrics to proactively identify issues
  • Collaborate with client staff to encourage platform adoption and usage
  • Review and respond to support tickets and other client correspondence
  • Partner with engineers to address client issues and verify solutions

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in client-facing business analysis and/or technical project management. Proficiency in Office 365, Tableau or Microsoft Power BI, and programming languages (SQL and Python) is required.
