As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound calls to introduce business solutions and payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct professional conversations to understand client needs, handle objections effectively, and provide clear responses.
- Set appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets.
- Knowledge of merchant services or payment processing solutions.
- Experience working with CRM tools for tracking leads and performance.
- Fluent English speaker with a neutral or professional accent.
- Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in merchant services, payments, or financial services.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
