Strategic Marketing Leader

This role requires an experienced marketing leader to develop and execute comprehensive campaigns that generate qualified leads, amplify the client's brand, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic marketing plans, setting priorities, crafting compelling copy, and ensuring timely delivery of creative outputs from designers and video editors.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure alignment and support their goals.
- Manage and guide creative partners, such as designers and video editors, to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in consulting, HR tech, or professional services.
- Exceptional copywriting skills, able to craft engaging email templates, nurture sequences, VSL scripts, landing page copy, and ad campaigns.
- Strong storytelling and positioning ability, able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling campaigns speaking directly to the target audience.
- HubSpot expertise, including setup, workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Excellent English communication skills (written + verbal).
