Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our marketing strategy for crypto casino projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full marketing funnel, from user acquisition to retention, across key channels including paid ads, affiliates, content, and CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for user acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate a remote team, ensuring smooth collaboration and high performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI across all marketing channels and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Research market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and remote team management experience.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, affiliate platforms).
  • Understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
