Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Agile Transformation Specialist to facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies in our project delivery.

  • As an Agile Transformation Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders to remove impediments, ensure team productivity, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Additionally, you will monitor and report team progress, guaranteeing alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Furthermore, you will act as a mentor and coach to team members on Agile methodologies, facilitating effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Guide teams to effectively apply Agile principles and practices in project delivery.
