Email Marketing and CRM Expert Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing and CRM specialist to help drive transformative growth in online sales of rugs.

This is a full-time remote position where you will craft compelling messaging, optimize campaigns, and automate customer interactions to boost revenue and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Own email marketing channels, focusing on key performance metrics such as revenue per recipient, open and click-through rates, unsubscribe rates, and total revenue generated.
  • Design and optimize automation flows and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Lead marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with content teams to ensure alignment with brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Partner with the CX team to develop personalized customer communications using NPS and feedback to refine messaging strategy.
  • Create detailed briefs for content teams, leveraging data insights to guide high-converting email content creation.
  • Continuously test and experiment with campaign elements to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate with product teams to showcase visibility in email campaigns for high-priority items and new arrivals.
  • Analyze and report on key email and CRM metrics, informing future strategies with actionable insights.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance-based email marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in copywriting and creating engaging messages.
  • A deep understanding of digital customer behavior and how to drive action through communication.
  • Strong communication skills to manage briefs, coordinate teams, and identify bottlenecks.
  • Excellent prioritization and time-management skills, thriving in fast-paced collaborative environments.
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo or Netcore (strongly preferred).
  • Advanced technical CRM skills, including segmentation, tagging, APIs, integrations, and product feeds.
