Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Practitioner to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving business value and fostering a collaborative environment where teams can thrive.

You will guide and coach the team on Agile principles, plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and act as a servant leader by identifying and resolving roadblocks impacting system projects and operations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies and challenges impacting system functionality or project timelines. Encourage self-organization and accountability within the team, particularly in resolving Microsoft Dynamics-related issues.

Work closely with Product Owners to ensure that backlogs for Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service are properly groomed and prioritized. Facilitate communication between the development team, business stakeholders, and empower team members on agile best practices.

Encourage continuous improvement by leveraging retrospective outcomes and fostering a growth mindset specific to enterprise system management. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as system uptime, response times, sprint burndown, and cycle time to measure team performance and system success.

  • Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles, tailored to the needs of the Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system.
  • Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives.
  • Act as a servant leader by identifying and resolving roadblocks related to Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system projects and operations.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilitating Agile practices and leading cross-functional teams.

They should be well-versed in Agile methodologies, including Scrum framework, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A background in software development or IT would be an asset, as would experience with Microsoft Dynamics systems.
