Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving project management and oversight of strategic initiatives across operations. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional coordination, monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and support transformation agendas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Governance
    • Lead project planning, prioritization, and governance to achieve strategic goals.
  • Portfolio Management
    • Maintain the enterprise portfolio roadmap and align it with business capacity and resource availability.
  • Project Monitoring and Control
    • Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into initiative health, benefits realization, and delivery risks.

Project Management & Execution

  • Complex Project Delivery
    • Deliver complex projects within scope, timeline, and budget through end-to-end coordination.
  • Project Plans and Risk Management
    • Develop project plans, charters, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Methodology and Frameworks
    • Ensure adherence to standard methodologies and frameworks (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with operations leaders, enabling teams, technology, and other support functions for initiative success.
  • Executive Updates and Stakeholder Management
    • Facilitate executive updates and steerco reviews with clear progress narratives and decision-making inputs.
  • Communication and Expectation Management
    • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to manage expectations and foster collaboration.

Process Improvement & Value Delivery

  • Operational Efficiency and Process Optimization
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Benefits Realization and Change Management
    • Track and report on benefits realization, including financial and non-financial impact across initiatives.
    • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and sustainability of new solutions.
Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in project and portfolio management, preferably in an operations or contact center environment.
    • Experience tracking and reporting operations compliance metrics.
  • Technical Skills and Certifications
    • Strong knowledge in delivering complex initiatives.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Asana) and MS Office Suite preferred.
    • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
