Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Expert to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop solutions.

About the Role

This is a key role within our organization, requiring a deep understanding of business analysis concepts and Agile methodologies. You will work closely with our development teams to design and implement simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather business requirements through various techniques such as workshops and interviews then analyze and document complex business requirements and processes
  • Plan and design business processes and system modifications, making recommendations to improve business activities
  • Create test case scenarios to verify client requirements are incorporated into the system design
  • Develop business requirements documents/user stories to support required modifications
  • May plan, allocate and monitor work of other business analysts
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis
  • A degree in Business, IT or relevant field
  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry (Insurtech or health insurance experience preferred)
  • Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of business analysis concepts, Agile approach to prioritizing work, and business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
