Job Overview

The role of Commercial SBC Analyst is a vital position within the organization, focusing on the analysis and resolution of commercial loan delinquencies.

Key responsibilities include working closely with Portfolio Managers to monitor delinquent loans and develop strategies for resolution, as well as providing quality collection and property surveillance activities for commercial real estate loans. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably with a background in collections or property surveillance.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, contributes to team morale, and is eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Schedule and Travel
