Job Description:

The Intercompany Senior Accountant is responsible for delivering timely and quality service to internal customers, as measured by service level agreements and key performance indicators. The role is accountable for the end-to-end process of intercompany accounting, including reviewing and verifying transactions, preparing reports, resolving out-of-balance items, and supporting period-close processes.

This position involves performing account reconciliations, participating in continuous improvement efforts, and partnering with senior leaders to implement strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include monitoring and resolving intercompany receivables and payables, coordinating with cross-functional partners, and ensuring timely expense recognition.

Responsibilities:

  • Handles more complex business operations
  • Monitors and resolves intercompany transactions
  • Coordinates with stakeholders across the organization
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities and implements projects
  • Delegates tasks and assignments to team members
  • Supports audit processes, both internal and external
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management Accounting, preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Experience: Previous experience in intercompany accounting or general accounting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in major ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
