We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated professionals to join our growing team in a Bilingual Customer Service Representative role. - Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed.
- Stay current on program updates through training and team meetings.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
