Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Workflow Operations Manager to oversee the execution of day-to-day operations, team coordination, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Excellence
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain operational SOPs for task execution and campaign support.
  • Maintain project management tools to track ongoing activities and deadlines.
  • Identify and resolve blockers that delay task execution.
Team Leadership
  • Supervise and mentor leads team members, including team leaders, coordinators, and assistants.
  • Assign workloads, monitor completion rates, and track attendance.
  • Lead onboarding and training for new team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and submit them to HR as required.
Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure timely task handoffs.
  • Foster communication flow between departments for campaign-related deliverables.
  • Flag operational concerns or task delays to the COO or strategic manager.
Administrative Oversight
  • Verify payroll data such as attendance, deliverable completion, and daily check-ins.
  • Maintain department calendars, trackers, and communication logs.
  • Provide weekly operations updates and report on team task completion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, security protocols, and documentation practices.
