Professional Development Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Professional Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading high-impact initiatives to improve scaled sales efficiency and effectiveness.

The successful candidate will have experience managing mildly complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders, driven by data insights. They will possess a strong vision-setting, strategic problem-solving, and action-driving mindset, with excellent interpersonal skills to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to assess and identify client health risk drivers, propose corrective action plans, and develop and maintain strategic roadmaps to drive customer retention and expansion. You will also plan and lead high-impact initiatives, continuously assess operational risks, and leverage operational understanding of client/stakeholder processes to develop and implement corrective actions globally.

To succeed in this role, you will require proficient experience in process optimization, program management, customer support strategy, or quality assurance. A self-motivated individual with a strong ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and stay organized is essential. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize initiatives based on ROI and impact are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and identify client health risk drivers, propose corrective action plans.
  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps to drive customer retention and expansion.
  • Plan and lead high-impact initiatives to improve scaled sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously assess operational risks and leverage operational understanding of client/stakeholder processes to develop and implement corrective actions globally.
  • Build a culture of globally consistent best practices through continuous improvement.
  • Leverage strong interpersonal skills to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
  • Act as client champion and facilitate timely resolution of client issues.

Requirements:

  • Proficient experience managing mildly complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders, driven by data insights.
  • Self-motivated with a strong vision-setting, strategic problem-solving, and action-driving mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
  • 5-7 years of related experience (sales, presales, or sales training preferred).
  • Decision-making, consensus-building, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and stay organized.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on ROI and impact.
