
Night Shift Renewal Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Renewal Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving industry-leading renewal rates and maintaining a large volume of renewals with a high call and email volume daily.
You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in a hybrid work environment, developing trusted relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders to drive high ROI on our solutions.
Your responsibilities will include identifying customer requirements, uncovering roadblocks, and demonstrating strong account management and commercial capabilities to drive renewals to timely closure.
Additionally, you will partner with Customer Success & Account Executives to maximize account growth opportunities by playing an active role on the account team and helping identify expansion and cross-sale opportunities.
Key goals include identifying and executing strategies to decrease churn across the signed customer base, prioritizing responsibilities within your customer segment, differentiating between accounts at risk and balancing daily activity and velocity sales.
Other important tasks include working with customers to resolve issues preventing ongoing relationships, helping maintain accurate customer records, collaborating with various departments to advocate for the customer and resolve issues, negotiating and moving timelines while closing sales with a high customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 2+ years' experience in a technical sales role
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
- Ability to network and build trust both internally and externally
- Ability to navigate and bring clarity to complex situations
- Previous experience with CRM - NetSuite or Salesforce; Tableau is a plus
