Job Overview

We seek highly motivated and skilled individuals to fill the role of a virtual receptionist, handling inbound calls for clients in the home services industry.

This is a unique opportunity to work with diverse clients, managing phone calls and booking appointments on their CRM/scheduling platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
  • Represent clients with a consistent greeting, adhering to established protocols.
  • Book appointments efficiently on clients' systems.
  • Document call details, including contact information and relevant notes.
  • Communicate accurate call summaries to clients post-call.

Requirements:

  • High-speed internet access (at least 40 Mbps).
  • A computer with a powerful processor (Intel i3) and sufficient RAM (8 GB).
  • A reliable backup power source for uninterrupted service.

The ideal candidate possesses BPO experience, can multitask effectively, and confidently communicates with clients. We welcome applications from motivated individuals eager to contribute value within our organization.

Work Arrangements:


Working hours: 5 days a week, 9 hours per day, with scheduled breaks (1 hour for lunch and two 15-minute breaks). The work schedule spans 08:00 PM - 05:00 AM Pacific Time.
