We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to support our customer service initiatives for various clients.

This role involves assisting customers with inquiries and providing excellent service. The opportunity allows you to contribute to high-impact projects with iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving
  • Researching and retrieving information across systems to support customer needs
  • Accurately documenting interactions and processing claims
  • Guiding customers through options to find the best solutions
  • Following scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources
  • Protecting customer privacy and handling sensitive information appropriately
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Staying current with training, updates, and program knowledge
  • Maintaining consistent attendance and adhering to scheduling requirements
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have prior call center experience
  • Have work-from-home experience
  • Have a strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Have a high-speed internet connection
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
