Remote Customer Service Specialist

This is a remote call center representative position that involves handling customer service calls and resolving issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in call centers, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior call center experience preferred
  • Strong command of English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
