We are looking for a Training Supervisor who can lead our training initiatives and develop the skills of our employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs that promote company efficiency and improve employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
  • Creating training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
  • Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for Business As Usual (BAU) refreshers.
  • Maintaining records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
  • Evaluating program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
  • Providing coaching and feedback to teams assigned on the floor.
  • Developing and delivering Train the Trainer programs for new trainers and capability upliftment trainings for existing trainers.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a trainer within a BPO industry environment; at least 2 years as a Training Lead or Training Supervisor focusing on Soft Skills Training or Communications Training.
  • Preferred experience in General Insurance and Customer Service/Sales experience within a BPO industry environment.
