Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat. You will be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing solutions to customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. You will also need to be available to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
