Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to oversee the creation, management, and optimization of our online store.

This role involves managing product listings, third-party integrations, and website performance to improve user experience and boost conversions. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and updating the online store, ensuring products, collections, and integrations are accurate and functional.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and working with developers as needed.
  • Optimizing site performance, speed, mobile responsiveness, and checkout flow to enhance usability.
  • Running A/B testing to identify weaknesses and improve site functionality.
  • Handling product listings, descriptions, pricing, and real-time inventory management.
  • Developing and executing ecommerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media, and sales channels).
  • Monitoring store performance using analytics tools; creating reports and recommending improvements.
  • Enhancing branding, storefront design, and merchandising in collaboration with marketing and design teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing an online store, including product listings, inventory, and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, apps, plugins, and integrations.
  • Experience with website troubleshooting and coordination with developers.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and ecommerce platform analytics.
  • Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS) to implement simple customizations.
  • Creative mindset with experience in visual merchandising and branding.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
