eCommerce Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven professional to manage Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account operations.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings for maximum visibility.
  • Ensure timely shipment management from creation to successful delivery.
  • Conduct daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear and proactive communication.
  • Resolve issues related to refunds, replacements, and negative feedback.
  • Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain account health and performance metrics, addressing issues before they escalate.
  • Maximize sales by resolving stranded inventory issues.
Your Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced functions and data analysis).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
