The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate and technical roles.

This includes talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, and delivering market intelligence to stakeholders.

As a strategic partner, the Talent Acquisition Partner will advise hiring managers on talent strategy, provide data-driven insights on the labor market, and ensure the employer brand is consistently represented across all candidate interactions.

Beyond being a recruiter, the Talent Acquisition Partner is a brand ambassador and a trusted advisor, shaping first impressions, ensuring a positive candidate journey, and directly contributing to why top talent chooses the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Talent mapping and sourcing for corporate and technical roles.
  • Candidate management and interview coordination.
  • Providing market intelligence to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
