Facade Engineering Specialist

As a skilled Facade Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and safety of building facades. This involves analyzing inspection data from our AI platform to generate comprehensive engineering reports for clients.

The position requires collaboration with clients to provide expert advice on repair and maintenance projects, as well as assisting clients in developing and implementing detailed maintenance plans for their properties.

You will ensure all deliverables meet high standards of accuracy and detail, reflecting the insights gained from AI analysis. This role also entails working remotely, effectively managing communication and project deliverables across different time zones.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in facade inspection, maintenance, and structural reporting is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data from structural analyses are necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English to effectively interact with international clients, are required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently in a remote setting is crucial.
  • Experience with CAD software and engineering simulation tools is advantageous.
  • Prior experience working in a remote capacity is beneficial.
